Sparking Joy

Here are a few things that are sparking joy in my life when I walk in my front door. 

My Early Girl Tomatoes are starting to bear fruit! I love checking in on this plant every day. I must be getting old because I am finding gardening peaceful and relaxing. 

 My friend Jess introduced me to to Dahlias this year. This is my first one. Mai and I have been stocking them at Whole Foods and this one was our favorite for weeks now, but it was starting to die. I was looking so bad that they gave it to us for free! I took it home and cleaned it up. I am hoping that it's not too late. It's looking good so far!
