🍁 Happy November, friends!
I’m calling this month Joyvember (inspired by the amazing coach Susan Shull)—a simple, peaceful way to move through November with gratitude and joy. 🌿
Each day includes a short meditation, a scripture, and one reflection:
“God, how did I see Your glory or experience Your joy today?”
Some of us are walking through really hard seasons where joy feels out of reach. This idea was inspired by my mom, who grew up in a children’s home during WWII in Germany. She always taught me:
“There’s always something to be grateful for.”
So look for it.
Look around and find things to thank God for.
Sing to Him. Notice His beauty.
Let’s find joy together—one day, one breath, one grateful moment at a time.
————
A simple practice for finding joy in ordinary days.
“The joy of the Lord is your strength.” — Nehemiah 8:10
Each day this month, pause for one quiet moment to breathe, reflect, and notice joy.
You don’t have to force it—just look for it.
☀Daily Rhythm
Box Breathe
Inhale 4 – Hold 4 – Exhale 4 – Hold 4
Repeat three times.
Whisper: “I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” — Psalm 139:14

“God, how did I see Your glory or experience Your joy today?”
