Page Turners! Welcome to Book Club with Jen Severn  I have just finished a class on Shadow Work. My first book of the year was a manual! I continue to pursue my internal work on emotional intelligence and how I show up in this world. I am working to understand my actions and reactions to simple encounters in my life and that perhaps they have deep roots. It's a work of love. I do believe as I become more aware, I am more equip to be present for my husband, children and friends. This is hard work and deep work of the heart, mind, soul and strength. It's not a journey for everyone, yet I feel so grateful to be involved in this work. I have experienced great healing from Shadow Work. I consider it a hammer.
