2 cups white chocolate chips from health food store
Peppermint Essential Oil from Young Living
5 crushed of your favorite brand of candy cane

On double boiler melt semi sweet chocolate chips stiring constantly.
Once melted add 10-15 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil to taste and stir.
Pour melted semi sweet chocolate onto wax paper covered cookie sheet. Top with a few crushed candy canes.
Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes until hard.
Melt white chocolate chips in double boiler.
Once melted add 10-15 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil to taste and stir.
Pour melted white chocolate on top of the semi sweet chocolate. Top with crushed candy canes. Freeze until solid. Break into small pieces and enjoy!
*Don’t have a double broiler? I used two nesting pots. I boiled water in the bigger one on the bottom and then put the chocolate in the top pot. You can also micorwave the chocolate on LOW power stiring every minute until it’s melted.
You will find this is the best peppermint bark you have ever had! The keys are good organic chocolate and the peppermint essential oil. You are keeping your peppermint bark full of flavor and no nasty chemicals added. This is truly better than my most favorite store bought brand. You must try it! ENJOY! Happy Holidays!! If you need to get your hands on peppermint essential oil, make sure it’s Young Living! You need to be sure it’s a brand that is all natural and so pure you can eat it!
