Peppermint Bath Bombs

Are you ready for the most amazing peppermint bath bombs? These holiday bath bombs are perfect for a holiday gift. Who doesn't need to relax in the tub over the holiday? It's a fun project too. PEPPERMINT BATH BOMB INGREDIENTS 1 cup baking soda 1 cup citric acid 1 cup epson salt 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/4-1/2 cup oil (coconut or olive) 5 drops of peppermint essential oil red food coloring as desired holiday sprinkles (the large pearl holiday sprinkles are perfect) bath bomb mold (I recommend getting all of these ingredients on amazon. It's not worth driving all around town looking for them. I did it and regretted it.) INSTRUCTIONS Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix. If you would like your bath bomb to be different colors use separate bowls for separate colors. I did half white and half red. Have fun! Fill bath bomb mold. If it's too dry add more oil. Gingerbread Sugar Scrub Cubes are amazing! This holiday treat yo self to a gingerbread sugar scrub. You will not regret it! GINGERBREAD SUGAR SCRUB INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup Sweet Almond Oil 1/2 cup Shea Butter soap base 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Young Living Essential Oils 2-4 drops of: Cinnamon Bark, Ginger, Orange, Christmas Spirit, Thieves 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon allspice 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1 gingerbread silicon mold (I can help you get the young living essential oils at www.youngliving.org/sjsevern.) DIRECTIONS Melt shea butter over double boiler. Add almond oil and stir until completely melted. Once melted add in vanilla extract and essential oils. In bowl combine brown sugar and spices. Mix. Add melted shea butter mix to sugar mixture. Stir until combined. Press into a gingerbread man silicon mold quickly. Place in freezer for 15 minutes to harden. Shower Bombs

Shower bombs are amazing if you are fighting a sinus infection. Breath them in and enjoy! Here's how to make them. SHOWER BOMB INGREDIENTS 1 cup baking soda 1/4 to 1/3 cup water 3-4 drops of Young Living Essential Oils DIRECTIONS Add baking soda to a bowl. Add water and stir until you reach a thick paste. Add essential oils and stir. Fill silicone molds with the shower bomb mixture. Pack tightly. Bake at 200 degrees until firm. Let dry over night. Remove from mold and store in air tight container. Drop a shower bomb in the bottom of your shower and let the aroma fill the air as you shower. Enjoy! Click on image below and print!

Peppermint Bark

Peppermint bark is one of my most favorite holiday treats. I have discovered the most amazing recipe for peppermint bark. It's by far the best I have ever tasted! PEPPERMINT BARK INGREDIENTS 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips from health food store 2 cups white chocolate chips from health food store Peppermint Essential Oil from Young Living 5 crushed of your favorite brand of candy cane Wax Paper DIRECTIONS Prepare cookie sheet. Spray with cooking oil. Line with Wax Paper. On double boiler melt semi sweet chocolate chips stiring constantly. Once melted add 10-15 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil to taste and stir. Pour melted semi sweet chocolate onto wax paper covered cookie sheet. Top with a few crushed candy canes. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes until hard. Melt white chocolate chips in double boiler. Once melted add 10-15 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil to taste and stir.
