60 Day Challenge Complete

I did it, barely!
Week 3- I lost 4 pounds.
Week 4- That time of the month. I learned something about myself, I have a REALLY HARD TIME eating well that week.
Week 5 - I blew it and I wanted to give up completely. My friend Gail reminded me, "What you learn in the challenge is part of the challenge." I got back on the wagon.
Week 6 - Grace. I did a blood test and learned that I'm very sensitive to gluten, dairy and eggs. I'm trying to eat less of these. My energy is increasing.
Week 7 - Working out more consistently. Eating is improving, but I'm still feeling like I'm not eating well. The more I plan the better I am. If I can plan my food the day before I'm good. If I don't, I tend to lean on Starbucks for my filler food.
Week 8 - I learned that I am not good at this, but I can make some small steps towards a healthier life style. This is going to take pratice. I feel embarassed that I didn't lose more than 2 pounds.

Percent Body Fat: 21

As I weighed out, a trainer showed me my results. Although, I didn't lose much weight I turend fat to muscle.  Check it out.
